The Center features a comprehensive range of activities and services for adults in need of daytime supervision. Caregivers are afforded the opportunity to remain employed outside the home, run errands, or get some rest while their loved one attents the daily program at the Adult Day Health Center.
Participants benefit from the day-to-day socialization - developing new relationships with their peers. Those suffering from Alzheimers or other memory loss disorders benefit from the structured daily environment. Seniors with physical health issues benefit from mobility, flexibility and exercise programs conducted by YMCA fitness staff.
The caring YMCA staff treats each participant as an individual with their own personal wants and needs.
