The Adult Day Health program offers healthcare and supportive services for frail elders and disabled adults. Clients are provided breakfast, lunch and a light snack daily. There are a variety of activities which make for enjoyable days spent socializing in the company of other seniors.
Participants in the program gain an enhanced sense of independence and well-being, maintain wellness and level of function, and have many opportunities to make new friends. There is educational and respite support for caregivers and their families.
The program runs from 9:00 to 3:00, weekdays.
