Services are offered Monday through Saturday to adults of any age afflicted with Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, physical disability, social isolation, or require supervision.
Each program is staffed by a registered nurse, social worker, activity specialist, and trained personal care assistants. Centers offer a variety of services based on the needs of individual clients.
