Program services include individual care plans, health monitoring, comprehensive medical screening, individual and group therapeutic intervention, recreational activities. Respite care includes family consultation, a caregiver support group, and an extensive referral network. Breakfast, a hot lunch, and afternoon snacks are provided daily.
Staff includes two Registered Nurses, four Certified Nurses Assistants, an Activity Director, Social Services Coordinator, Kitchen Manager, Executive Director and Administrative Assistant. Transportation can be arranged when needed.
The Center is a subsidiary of Community Health of Westerly. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:00. Charges are included in a single daily fee. Financial assistance programs include a sliding fee scale based on income.
