The WCAAA is a private, nonprofit organization which receivies federal and state funds and then distributes them to local adult day care centers, social services agencies, and other programs serving senior citizens in Western Connecticut. The Agency serves a total of fourty-one towns.
The mission is to develop, manage and provide comprehensive services for seniors, caregivers and individuals with disabilities in order to maintain their independence and quality of life.
