Frail elders receive assistance in their efforts to remain independent in their homes - posponing the need for them to move into a nursing home. The structured program is located within a secure facility.

Services include participant needs and abilities assessment, nutritional screening and case management. Various activities include exercise programs, discussion groups, games, entertainment, hot lunches and occaisional field trips.

Transportation is available. The facility uses a sliding fee schedule.
