The Center is located on the SYV Presbyterian Church Campus. It is a non-profit organization that works to help seniors remain at home as long as possible - avoiding costly institutional care.

Seniors who suffer from confusion, memory loss, physical disabilities or other chronic symptoms are welcome into the program. Caregiver support includes education, referrals and counseling for family members and caregivers. There is also a Caregiver Support Group that meets twice a month.
