The Evergreen Centers offer specialized day care for those suffering from Alzheimer's and related dementia. This provides needed respite for family members and caregivers.

Staff include VNA professionals, and a music and recreational therapist. Participant activities are structured to allow for individual needs and abilities.

A physician's diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease or related dementia is required in order to participate in the program.
