The program provides a safe, secure environment where quality supportive services for adults with functional impairments can be effectively administered. The respite program helps alleviate the physical and emotional stress felt by family members who are caring for their loved one.

A full-time nurse monitors participant's general health, administers medications, arranges doctor appointments, and serves as a liason and advocate for participants and family members within the healthcare community.
