The Center offers high quality, professional care services in an enivronment which is both comfortable and secure. It is staffed by a skilled, experienced team who work to enhance the quality of daily life of participants.
Caregiver respite means that while disabled loved ones attend the program, their caregiving family members are able to work, run errands or get some needed rest.
Central Union Church supports the Centers in accordance with the Administrative Rules of the State of Hawaii.

Hawaiian elderly needing care during the day are welcome at Franscan Adult Day Center. Caregivers in need of respite can drop of their loved, knowing they will be safe and well taken care of for the day.
The innovative program has an intergenerational focus. It offers secure, spacious outdoor areas, where participants can socialize with their peers. The staff provides regular health monitoring.
The Sisters of Saint Francis, Hawaii Region, sponsor the Center. It is located in Manoa Valley.

SECOH provides support for elderly individuals suffering from brain injury caused by physical trauma, developmental disability, or the onset of old age - and their family members.
The Center is located in a lovely residential area of Kahala and provides a stimulating, caring day service for participants suffering from Alzheimers, and other forms of dementia and brain damage.
Staff are trained in the support, care and supervision of adults afflicted with Alzheimers and related disabilities.
