Crescent Ridge has served hundreds of seniors in need of day-time care, medical supervision, and peer socialization. Services provided include nursing and medical care, health education and management, rehabilitative care and therapy, and family support services.

The Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 6:00. Transportation, in wheelchair accessible vehicles, to and from the Center is available to those within fifteen miles of the facility.

Staff includes a full-time registered nurse, certified nursing assistants, recreational therapists, a social worker, program assistants, a dietitian, and a consulting medical director.
