CareBreak provides three levels of care: Welcome Way features an active schedule with many choices. It best serves seniors with a limited ability to function independently. Reminisce Corner is designed for those requiring more individualized attention during the day. Memory Lane is tailored for participants in middle to late stage Alzheimers disease. Physical activity, sensory stimulation and individualized attention are emphasized.

A trained, caring staff is the foundation of the Program. Hours run from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

CareBreak is housed in the Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge community in New Hope.
