Join other disabled seniors for a day of fun. Structured activities include exercise classes, chair yoga, music, art and gardening therapy, Bingo and other games. Participants enjoy a warm lunch, medical monitoring, and help with personal care. Elderly Alzheimers patients and those suffering from depression are welcome.
