Center is open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 2PM. It caters to active seniors who participate in a variety of programs and activities which encourage healthy aging. Emphasis is placed on helping seniors enjoy healthy independence through positive social interaction and good nutrition.

Participants are provided a hot noon-time meal and snacks. Activities include exercise programs, dancing classes, games, and craft projects.

The Wellness Resource Program is open to all participants. It is concerned with overall quality of health issues - providing resources and activities in support of healthy aging.
